Community Guidelines

1. Our Values

FanDMs exists to create genuine, respectful connections between fans and creators through direct, paid digital interactions. We want FanDMs to feel personal, safe, and transparent — a place where creators stay in control of how they engage and where fans get real, meaningful interactions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the FanDMs Services. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be removed. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Treat People With Respect

Every interaction on FanDMs should be respectful. The following behavior is not allowed and may result in immediate action against your account:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any user
• Hate speech or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
• Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors in any form
• Sharing intimate or explicit content of any person without their consent
• Sharing someone's private or identifying information (doxxing) without permission
• Impersonating another person, creator, or FanDMs itself

4. Content Standards

You are responsible for everything you post, send, or request on FanDMs. The following content is prohibited:

• Content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• Spam, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive solicitations
• Malware, phishing links, or attempts to compromise the security of the platform or other users
• Content that violates another person's privacy or shares their information without consent

5. GEMs, Payments, and Fair Dealing

Fans purchase GEMs to message and support creators, and creators earn GEMs that may be converted to fiat currency, all as described in the Terms of Use. You agree not to use the FanDMs Services for fraud, money laundering, or to circumvent payment processing. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or abusing the GEMs system may result in suspension or termination and the reversal of associated balances.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Creators have additional responsibilities to the fans who pay to interact with them:

• Set clear expectations about what an interaction includes and what it costs
• Deliver the interactions you advertise; you may accept, decline, counter, or refund a request at your discretion
• Do not promise specific outcomes you cannot deliver
• Comply with all applicable tax and legal obligations for amounts you earn

7. Safety and Reporting

If you see content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, report it to us at safety@fandms.com. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts. If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

8. Enforcement

Violations of these Guidelines may result in content removal, feature restrictions, holds on GEMs or creator earnings, or suspension or termination of your account, at FanDMs' sole discretion and consistent with the Terms of Use. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

9. Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the FanDMs Services or by email. Your continued use of the FanDMs Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Guidelines. Questions? Email legal@fandms.com.
